I am writing to report a serious quality issue with the Walnut Elite I
recently purchased from Kabliwala (Order # 18804).
The box contained a lot of web-like substance around all the walnuts.
After a few days, flying insects started to develop, and they were
clearly visible whenever I opened the box. I was not aware of the
contamination when I first started eating the walnuts, and even then
the taste was very bland.
Even now, every time I open the box (every 1–2 days), a new flying
insect comes out. The entire box appears to be contaminated, which I
consider a serious health and food-safety risk.
This is not what I expect from Kabliwala, especially given the
significant premium you charge over comparable products in the market.
I have attached photos of the box, flying insect, and box contents for
your reference. Please let me know what went wrong and what steps you
are taking for the resolution.
