Replacement Policy:

  • Replacements are subject to the discretion of the Team, following verification and confirmation.

2. Replacement Criteria:

  • Eligibility for replacement applies to products damaged in terms of packaging.

3. Conditions for Replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • Additionally, provide the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice is also valid).

4. Replacement Process:

  • If eligible, expect the replacement unit within 5-10 working days.


Refund Process:

1. Inspection:

  • Upon receiving the product, we'll conduct a swift inspection.

2. Refund Status Notification:

  • Once the inspection is complete, we'll promptly notify you of the refund status via phone or email.

3. Refund Initiation:

  • If eligible, the refund process will commence, transferring the amount back to your original source account within 5-7 working days, in line with the Payment Gateway or Bank timelines.
