TILL GOLI GUR
Come winters and it is time for the dry fruits and the gajak to come out. As Indians, most of us associate the harsh cold with festivals, warm fires, dry fruits, gajak and of course the quintessential till goli or balls made with sesame or till and jaggery or gur. Replete with nutrients and minerals, till golis are used to combat the harsh cold of winter, keeping you warm and free of coughs and colds. They are also considered to be great for the haemoglobin.
